These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and our related pages (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What we provide

is a free, ad-supported catalog of browser HTML5 games. We offer:

• Links and embedded players to third-party games you can play without installing an app;

We may change, add, or remove games and features at any time. Games are provided by third-party publishers and may become unavailable without notice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or any game — even if we have been advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (typically zero for free use) or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD $100), where such a cap is allowed by law.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Site operator’s place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise. Courts in that jurisdiction will have exclusive venue for disputes that cannot be resolved informally, unless your local law grants you non-waivable rights to bring claims in your home courts.
